Library Instruction for Off-Campus Classes

Crown Library's Instruction Program is available to all faculty members, on campus and off.

The Program includes:

  • Library orientations.
  • Information literacy workshops.
  • Sessions on conducting research and using databases in specific disciplines.
  • Any library instruction session that will help your students and complement your curriculum!

For online courses, a librarian can meet with your class using Adobe Connect, a web conferencing service that allows for an interactive session that can be recorded and added to your class portal for students unable to attend the live session.

For courses at Grayslake and Triton, a librarian can meet with your class face-to-face.

Contact me at mmansfield@dom.edu for more information about library instruction for your class.
