At Kurzweil Education, we believe every learner deserves the opportunity to develop the literacy skills that lead to academic and personal success. Our products offer learners new multisensory approaches to read, comprehend, synthesize, apply, and demonstrate their knowledge. With our support, they become independent, confident learners who can achieve rigorous academic goals.
Kurzweil 3000–firefly enables all students, including those with learning differences such as dyslexia and English language learners (ELL and ESL), to learn from the same content as their peers. Anchored in the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL), it supports the complex tasks of developing fluency, vocabulary, comprehension, writing, study skills, and test-taking strategies. Built-in multisensory tools foster active participation throughout the full learning process, while anytime, anywhere access to curricula promotes independent learning at home, in the classroom, and beyond.
