Illinois Assisted Reproductive Healthcare Advisory Question:  

  • Should all medically appropriate assisted reproductive treatments, including, but not limited to, in vitro fertilization, be covered by any health insurance plan in Illinois that provides coverage for pregnancy benefits, without limitation on the number of treatments?
  • "yes" vote supports advising state officials on whether to provide for medically assisted reproductive treatments, including in vitro fertilization, to be covered by any health insurance plan in Illinois that provides full coverage to pregnancy benefits.
  • "no" vote opposes advising state officials on whether to provide for medically assisted reproductive treatments, including in vitro fertilization, to be covered by any health insurance plan in Illinois that provides full coverage to pregnancy benefits.

Illinois Income Tax Advisory Question:  

  • Should the Illinois Constitution be amended to create an additional 3% tax on income greater than $1,000,000 for the purpose of dedicating funds raised to property tax relief?
  • A "yes" vote supports advising state officials on whether to amend the Illinois Constitution to create an additional 3% tax on income greater than $1 million for the purpose of dedicating funds to property tax relief.
  • A "no" vote opposes advising state officials on whether to amend the Illinois Constitution to create an additional 3% tax on income greater than $1 million for the purpose of dedicating funds to property tax relief.

Illinois Penalties for Violation of Duties of Election Worker Advisory Question: 

  • Should any candidate appearing on the Illinois ballot for federal, State, or local office be subject to civil penalties if the candidate interferes or attempts to interfere with an election worker's official duties?
  • A "yes" vote supports advising state officials on whether to establish civil penalties if a candidate interferes or attempts to interfere with an election worker's official duties.
  • A "no" vote opposes advising state officials on whether to establish civil penalties if a candidate interferes or attempts to interfere with an election worker's official duties.
