Using Google Scholar for Legal Research

  1. Click "Case Law" before searching
  2. Enter the citation in the search bar.
  3. Click on the result that is provided.

  1. Go to https://i-sharedom.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/discovery/account?vid=01CARLI_DOM :CARLI_DOM&lang=en§ion=overview and enter Dominican username and password to log in to the Rebecca Crown Library. Then, go to Google Scholar.
  2. Click “Articles,”
  3. Enter your search terms in quotation marks (e.g., “coerced confession”) in the search bar.
  4. Use the sidebar to narrow your search by date, if needed.
  5. Available sources labeled [PDF] or Full-Text at Dominican (only if logged in to Crown Library)
