The Archives offer digital reproductions of various materials within the collection. These services entail high-resolution JPEGs or TIFFs images and scans that are provided at no cost for students, faculty, and staff at Dominican University. For researches not affiliated with Dominican University, there will be a reproduction fee depending on size and quantity. Inquiries on pricing can be directed to the Archivist, Steven Szegedi, sszegedi@dom.edu. Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and can be denied if materials are restricted or in fragile conditions. Please refer to our copyright policy for guidelines on usage and attribution.
The Archives provides informational and instructive sessions for various courses taught at Dominican University. We work in collaboration with faculty to provide students the opportunity to learn more about archival research, heritage collection processing and management as well as digital archives collection care and maintenance, historical records curation and much more! Students seeking a certificate through Dominican University's Archival and Cultural Heritage Resource and Services may find these information sessions beneficial to their personal and educational growth.
