Interlibrary Loan and I-Share at Dominican

This guide provides information on how to request library materials from outside Dominican.

What is WorldCat?

What is WorldCat?

  • An online catalog of library items from around the world
  • Makes it very easy to see what is available to you and where those items are located
  • "Thousands of libraries have entered their information about millions of books, magazines, movies, songs, maps, genealogical records, research theses and so much more" --WorldCat.org

Accessing Your ILL Account

Login To Your ILL Account Here

Sign in to your account using using your Dominican credentials. (This user name will be the part of your Dominican email adress before the @ sign.)

Or, access your ILL account through these steps.

1. Find the Resources tab on the home page of the Rebecca Crown Library.

2. Under Resources, select Interlibrary Loan.

Here is what your portal will look like if you have never made an ILL request before. This is where your requests will be displayed to track them all in one spot. Selecting Search activity on this page will only yield searches you have done within WorldCat, not all searches from the library catalog.

Selecting Requests under My account in the top right corner will lead you back to this page.
